Batch Integrity: Our batches are small and sell out fast. By the time a return reaches us, that specific batch is often already in the hands of collectors across India.
Rigorous Audit: Our team performs a 5-point check on every zipper, stitch, and strap before it leaves the warehouse. We ensure the bag is 1:1 before it is boxed.
While we do not offer returns for “change of mind,” we stand by our quality.
Requirement: You must record a continuous unboxing video (no cuts, no edits) starting from the sealed courier packaging.
Exception: In the extremely rare event of a major manufacturing defect or wrong item sent, we will review your unboxing video and provide a resolution.
